Behind every great performance is a team that makes it possible

At Leicester City Football Club, what happens off the pitch really matters. Every day, teams across the Club work together to create an environment that reflects pride, professionalism, and care.

Housekeeping is a key part of that team. At our world‑class Training Ground, it’s about supporting one another, taking pride in high standards, and knowing that the work you do helps everything run smoothly. From early starts to the quieter moments behind the scenes, this role is about teamwork, trust, and shared responsibility.

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who enjoys being part of a close‑knit team, leads by example, and believes that doing the small things well — together — makes a big difference.

About the role

You’ll help plan, organise, and supervise cleaning operations across the Training Ground, ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer care at all times.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and where teamwork and attention to detail really matter.
