Your new company
I'm looking to connect with experienced Housing Officers across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area who are open to temporary and interim opportunities within social housing. I work with housing providers across the Midlands, supporting them with short and longer-term temporary recruitment across their housing services.

Your new role
Temporary Housing Officer assignments can vary from provider to provider, but will typically involve managing a designated patch and providing effective tenancy and neighbourhood management services. Responsibilities may include tenancy management, ASB casework, estate inspections, safeguarding, tenancy sustainment and working directly with residents to resolve housing-related issues.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous experience working as a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer, Tenancy Services Officer or in a similar social housing role. You'll be confident managing your own caseload and able to adapt quickly when joining a new housing team.Most importantly, you'll be open to temporary or interim work across Leicestershire, whether you are available immediately or considering your next assignment.

What you'll get in return
Temporary Housing Officer opportunities will typically offer £20 to £28 per hour, depending on your experience and the requirements of the assignment.Even if you're not immediately available, I'd be keen to speak with you about the type of temporary role you're looking for, your availability and preferred rate, so I can keep you in mind for suitable opportunities across Leicester and Leicestershire.
