Temporary HR Business Partner/HR Advisor
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Temporary – 6 weeks
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional for a short-term assignment to support the business with a range of employee relations (ER) matters. This is a hands-on role, requiring someone confident managing both routine and complex casework with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including:
  • Absence management
  • Performance issues
  • Disciplinaries and grievances
• Handle both low-level queries and complex ER cases through to resolution
• Provide professional HR advice and guidance to managers
• Ensure all cases are managed in line with company policies and employment legislation
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records

Requirements

• Proven experience in an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role
• Strong background in employee relations case management
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload effectively
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Up-to-date DBS check is essential
