They are committed to fostering a productive and organised workplace. They are now seeking a HR Coordinator to join them at their site in Coventry, working on a 12-Month fixed term contract basis.
Description
- Coordinate day-to-day HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Support payroll processes by providing accurate and timely information to the payroll team.
- Assist in organising training sessions and development programmes for employees.
- Provide first-line support for HR-related queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documentation, including contracts and policy updates.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support the HR department in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Profile
A successful HR Coordinator should have:
- Previous experience in an HR-related role within the transport & distribution industry or a similar sector.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with employees and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle confidential information.
Job Offer
- A fixed-term contract offering a competitive salary ranging from £28000 to £32000 per annum.
