Job Title: HVAC Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to work on a site in Witham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a full review of the site's air conditioning systems, updating the F-Gas register, and providing a detailed report on findings and recommendations.

• Update and maintain the site's F-Gas register.
• Survey and assess existing AC and HVAC systems across the site.
• Identify equipment types, capacities, locations, and condition.
• Ensure compliance with current F-Gas regulations.
• Produce clear reports detailing findings, asset information, defects, and recommendations.
• Liaise with site management regarding any issues identified.

• Valid F-Gas Certification.
• Proven experience working on commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Strong knowledge of current F-Gas legislation and compliance requirements.
• Ability to carry out asset surveys and produce professional reports.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
• Relevant HVAC qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
