Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Operative to join our client’s team based in Buckingham.

📍 Location: Buckingham
🕙 Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00pm–6:00am
💷 Pay Rate: £13.72 per hour
📅 Shift: Night shift

The Role

As a Hygiene Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitising machinery and equipment
• Following work instructions and hygiene procedures
• Using basic hand tools, including screwdrivers and spanners
• Carrying out cleaning tasks safely and efficiently
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the workplace
• Following all health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure cleaning schedules are completed

About You

• Previous cleaning, hygiene or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Comfortable using basic hand tools such as screwdrivers and spanners
• Comfortable carrying out physical/manual work
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working night shifts
