Location: Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire Border
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
Hours: Days, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Tool Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business in the East Midlands.

This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a strong background in injection moulding, machine setting and tool changes, who can support daily production requirements and maintain consistent quality standards.

• Carry out mould changes, machine setting and start-ups.

• Set and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality.

• Monitor production and resolve moulding defects.

• Complete first-off inspections and necessary adjustments.

• Troubleshoot machinery and tooling issues.

• Minimise downtime and support production efficiency.

• Work alongside production colleagues to meet daily requirements.

• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

• Previous experience in injection moulding machine setting.

• Confident carrying out mould changes and machine start-ups.

• Good understanding of injection moulding processes.

• Ability to identify and resolve production and quality issues.

• Good mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and within a production environment.

• £30,000-£32,000 annual salary.

• Permanent, full-time employment.

• Monday to Friday day shifts.

• Early finish on Fridays.
