Qualifications

Essential:

• Minimum 3–4 years' experience handling a broad range of commercial insurance products

• Strong knowledge of the UK General Insurance market
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

Desirable:

• Cert CII or DIP CII qualification
• Proactive and flexible approach to work 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments accurately and efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for insurance requirements.
• Handle client queries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and support. 

• Identify opportunities to support business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and enhanced client engagement.

Requirements

As Insurance Account Manager, you will also be expected to:

• Deliver exceptional levels of client service.
• Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to work.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products.
• Manage workloads efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
