Management Accountant | Dudley | 12-Month FTC | ASAP Start

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant who is available at short notice and ready to hit the ground running!

We're recruiting for a hands-on Management Accountant to join a busy finance team in Dudley on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.

This role would suit someone who is confident taking ownership of month-end processes, preparing management accounts and delivering accurate financial reporting with minimal supervision.

The Role:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Month-end reporting, journals, accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Supporting financial reporting and process improvements
- Working closely with key stakeholders across the business

What We're Looking For:
- Proven Management Accountant experience
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience
- Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
- Available immediately or at short notice
- Comfortable working 5 days per week on-site in Dudley
