KS3 Maths & Science Teacher needed for an immediate start in Newport
Immediate Start | Full-Time | Secondary School | £172.98 per day
Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher with the ability to inspire young learners in both Maths and Science? Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated Maths & Science Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Newport for an immediate start.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who enjoys delivering engaging lessons across both subjects at Key Stage 3, helping pupils build confidence, curiosity and a strong foundation for future learning.
The Role
* Full-time Maths & Science Teacher position
* Teaching Maths and Science across Key Stage 3
* Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons
* Assessing, monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with departmental staff to support pupil achievement
The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Maths and/or Science within a secondary school setting
* Confident planning and delivering lessons across both subjects at KS3
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about raising attainment and engaging learners
* Able to start immediately
