Due to further expansion they are recruiting for a Northern Regional Manager

• Covering the southern area of the UK – South of Birmingham
• Leading a team of commercial dishwasher engineer to make them as performance perfect as possible
• Dealing with KPI’s, performance analysis, and 121 meetings to spot any problems or trends in productivity
• Developing the engineers  through evaluation and being out in the field to be as visible as possible

Salary and Benefits of a Northern regional manager

• 50-55k basic depending on experience
• Product training on commercial dishwashers and glass washers to understand the company even more
• Phone, car, lap top, fuel card
• 25 days holiday (also 8 bank holidays)

Skills  and background needed to be a successful regional manager

• Living ideally in or around the Birmingham, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire  area but they would consider anyone in the north the country
• You don’t need any technical sector experience as this is a more leadership and performance role
• You need to be a commercially focused leader with experience in managing the performance of a team of engineers or workers
• You need to have experience with managing and interpretation KPI’s and data focused management
• You need to be fast paced, be able to pivot when needed, and be proactive in your leadership skills
• A full UK driving licence
