Learning and Development Specialist/Trainer 
Up to £42,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
East Midlands | Multi-site | Hybrid flexibility
Permanent & Full Time

We're looking for an experienced Learning & Development / Training professional to join an established team in a varied, hands-on role. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys being out in the business, working with people and delivering engaging training. You'll work closely with managers and employees across multiple locations, helping to identify development needs and turning them into practical learning that makes a difference.

A key focus will be management and leadership development, alongside wider training across areas such as people management, customer service and difficult conversations. You'll also have the opportunity to influence how learning is delivered, identify skills gaps and support the continued development of the wider L&D offering.

We're looking for someone with solid L&D or training experience, who is confident facilitating face-to-face sessions, comfortable engaging stakeholders at different levels and happy travelling to other UK locations when required.

This could suit an L&D Partner, Learning Partner, L&D Specialist, Trainer or Training Manager looking for a role where they can be visible, hands-on and genuinely make an impact.
