Learning Support Assistant - South East London

£100-£117 per day | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Remedy Education are currently looking for enthusiastic and supportive Learning Support Assistants to join schools across South East London.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence, independence and academic skills.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with their learning across the classroom

• Providing 1:1 and small-group support

• Helping pupils stay engaged and focused

• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs

• Assisting with classroom activities and interventions

• Encouraging positive behaviour and independence

• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working with children or young people

• Experience in a school or educational setting is desirable

• Confident supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

• Patient, reliable and approachable

• SEN experience is desirable

• Passionate about supporting pupils to achieve their potential
