The Role:
You will play a vital role in supporting students' learning, development and wellbeing within the classroom environment.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities
• Encouraging student engagement and participation
• Supporting pupils with additional needs
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of a teacher
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For People Who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (desirable)
• Are confident, adaptable and proactive
• Have excellent communication skills
• Are passionate about supporting education
• Can build positive relationships with students and staff
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS
