Qualified Nursery Practitioners Wanted - Level 2 & Level 3 - Market Harborough (LE16)

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Level 2 and Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our nursery team on an ad-hoc basis.

We're looking for people who are passionate about childcare, enjoy supporting children's learning and development and can bring a positive attitude to the team. Whether you're looking to pick up some extra hours or want flexible work around other commitments, we'd love to hear from you!

The details:

• Location: Market Harborough, LE16

• Hours: 8am-5pm

• Work: Ad-hoc, depending on nursery requirements

• Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week.

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years.

What the role involves:

You'll be working alongside the nursery team to provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for the children. This will include planning and supporting activities, encouraging children's development through play, supporting daily routines and making sure the children are safe, happy and well cared for.

You'll also be expected to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, while helping to create a warm and welcoming environment.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.

• Has a genuine passion for working with young children.

• Is caring, patient and approachable.

• Is reliable, punctual and flexible.

• Has a good understanding of children's learning and development.

• Can use their initiative and work well as part of a team.

• Is confident supporting children's individual needs and daily routines.
