Are you a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children learn, explore and grow? We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support children across a primary school and nursery in Leicester. This is an opportunity to make a difference to children's day-to-day learning, from encouraging early communication and play to building confidence in the classroom.

The role

  • Support early language, literacy, numeracy and social development.
  • Help maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
  • Promote positive behaviour, independence and confidence through consistent routines and encouragement.
  • Observe children's progress and share relevant feedback with the teaching team.
  • Support daily routines and children's care needs in line with the setting's procedures.

What we're looking for

  • A relevant Level 3 qualification in teaching support, childcare or early years appropriate to the role.
  • Experience supporting children in a primary school, nursery or early years setting.
