Daily Rate: £95 per day
Contract: Full-time, term-time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a student with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff and the SEND/Inclusion team to support the student's academic progress, confidence, independence and inclusion within school life. You will:

• Provide consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day
• Follow and support targets within the student's EHCP
• Support learning across lessons and adapt resources where required
• Help the student develop greater independence and confidence
• Support pupils with Autism and sensory needs
• Use appropriate behaviour and engagement strategies
• Deliver targeted interventions when required
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching and SEND staff
• Support the student's inclusion socially and academically
