Guildford | £40,000 – £50,000 Salary + £5,000–£6,000 Bonus

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Luxury Vehicle Technician to join a highly regarded dealership in Guildford, representing a prestigious global automotive brand.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician who takes pride in their work and wants to operate in a premium workshop environment, working on luxury and high-performance vehicles alongside a skilled and supportive team.

The dealership is currently ranked 3rd highest-rated in the world for the brand and was recognised as the UK’s best dealer for the brand in both 2025 and 2026 — making this an excellent time to join the team.

The Role

You’ll be joining an established workshop team of around 8 technicians, with your own ramp and dedicated working area.

Your role will involve servicing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a range of luxury and sports vehicles, with the opportunity to develop your technical expertise through ongoing manufacturer training.

We’re particularly interested in technicians with strong diagnostic experience. Experience working with EV/hybrid technology would also be highly advantageous.

An MOT licence/card would be beneficial, although it is not essential.

What’s on offer?

• £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary, depending on experience
• £5,000–£6,000 annual bonus scheme
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a 30-minute break
• 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am–12:30pm — included within the salary

About You

We’re looking for an experienced vehicle technician who:

• Has solid experience within a professional automotive workshop
• Is confident carrying out diagnostic work
• Takes pride in delivering a high standard of workmanship
• Has experience working with luxury, prestige or performance vehicles — desirable
• Has EV/hybrid experience — highly desirable
• Holds an MOT licence/card — advantageous, but not essential
• Is professional, reliable and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience
