Machine Operative (FLT Licence Preferred)

Temporary to Permanent Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work with the potential of a permanent contract.

Pay Rate

• £13.65 per hour
• 30-minute paid break each shift

Working Hours

Rotating shifts:

• 06:00am - 02:00pm
• 02:00pm - 10:00pm

Applicants must be able to work both shift patterns on a rotating basis.

Duties Include

• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitoring production processes and quality standards
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Completing production paperwork where required
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• FLT (Forklift Truck) Licence desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible to work rotating shifts

Important Information

• This is a temporary to permanent position
• All successful candidates will be required to complete a DNA test on Day 1 as part of the onboarding process
