Machine Operator (step up team leader)

Leicester LE5

£16.38 p/hr (inc shift)

Training: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

4 on 4 off (2days 2 nights)

Temp to Perm

This role will progress into a team leading position in the near future.

This role is starting 3rd August (this date cannot be changed)

Do you have machine operating experience? Do you have leadership experience? Do you want a job with a company where you aren’t just a number? Do you want a genuine temp to perm?

This is the one for you.

During training: you will be working Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00, training can last 2 – 12 weeks, depending on how quick you pick it up (during this time you will be on £13p/hr).

What you will be doing

• Operating large scale production machinery
• Working from multiple stations on the machine (this is an active job)

To be considered

• Time spent working in a busy manufacturing environment
• Experience in a team leader/supervisor position
• Stable career history
• Good teamwork
• Enthusiastic attitude

Due to the site location you need your own transport.
