Machine Operator

£29,000 plus benefits 

Due to continued growth our Huntingdon based client is looking for a Machine Operator to work permanent days Monday to Friday. The company environment is a warm friendly and very team orientated.

Machine Operator Duties:

• This is a varied role operating machines to produce quality products.
• Understanding of the jobs at hand and ensuring all correct materials.
• Routine maintenance and housekeeping of machines.
• Preparing products, measuring, templating, hand trimming to plans with the use of tools.
• Inspection of work, ensuring a high quality.

Skills and Abilities for the Machine Operator:

• Good attention to detail, accuracy is a must.
• Basic IT Skills and understanding work diagrams / instructions.
• Team player with great communication skills.

Hours of work for the Machine Operator:

Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm
