Job description

Proactive Personnel are recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join our client’s food manufacturing team in Wrexham.

Your duties will include:

• Setting up and operating food production machinery.

• Monitoring machinery to maintain consistent production and product quality.

• Adjusting machine settings and completing changeovers as required.

• Carrying out routine checks and reporting faults or breakdowns.

• Ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards.

• Completing production records accurately.

• Cleaning machinery and maintaining good hygiene standards.

• Following site health and safety and food handling procedures.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a food factory is essential.

• A good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.

• Confidence operating machinery and identifying operational issues.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.

• Good attendance, timekeeping and a reliable approach.

• The ability to work well within a team and meet production targets.
