Delivery Manager – Management Consulting
Location: Initial assignment in the Manchester area, followed by client engagements across the UK
Salary: £62,000–£80,000
Additional package: £4,800 car allowance, performance bonus and comprehensive benefits
Working pattern: Client site Monday to Thursday; remote working on Friday
The opportunity
Match Performance is supporting an established and growing management consultancy in the appointment of a Delivery Manager.
This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who can lead small delivery teams, work directly with clients and turn analysis into measurable operational improvement.
The initial requirement is for a client engagement in and around Manchester, so candidates should ideally be based in the North West, Yorkshire or within practical travelling distance. Future projects may be based elsewhere in the UK.
You will typically lead a team of two to three consultants while working closely with stakeholders ranging from senior executives to frontline managers. You will help clients understand the causes of underperformance, implement practical solutions and embed the management behaviours needed to sustain the improvement.
This is not a remote advisory position. You will be visible within the client organisation, actively involved in delivery and accountable for achieving results.
