Job Description:

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Leicester. This full-time role is available immediately, with an end date to be confirmed. It’s a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop within a strong department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
• Promote confidence and problem-solving skills in mathematics
• Contribute to departmental planning and wider school activities

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school
• Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• Passion for raising attainment and supporting student success
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
