Job description
Mechanical Engineer - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - On-going - £28 Per HourAn exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.
Hours of work
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am to 15:00pm & 15:00pm to 23:00pm
- £28 per hour via Umbrella
- Contract type: On-going
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- HVAC Systems
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
