Job description
A Mechanical Engineer is required for a three-month maintenance contract in Oxford, with both Monday-to-Friday and shift working options available.You'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, including AHU and FCU checks, flush testing and filter changes.
The Role
As the Mechanical Engineer, you'll:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across the site.
- Complete AHU and FCU checks.
- Undertake flush testing as required.
- Complete scheduled filter changes.
- Diagnose and complete reactive repairs.
To be successful as the Mechanical Engineer, you'll have:
- Previous mechanical maintenance experience.
- Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance.
- Experience working with AHUs and FCUs.
- The ability to complete reactive repairs effectively.
- A practical, hands-on approach to mechanical maintenance.
- £23–£24 per hour.
- Three-month contract.
- Monday-to-Friday or shift working available.
- Oxford-based role.
- Mix of planned and reactive mechanical maintenance.
