The Role

You will take ownership of the mechanical delivery of projects from design development through to commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing mechanical building services projects including HVAC, plumbing and pipework installations. 
• Coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors and site activities. 
• Managing project programmes, costs, variations and applications for payment. 
• Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal delivery teams. 
• Ensuring compliance with quality, health & safety and project requirements.

• An experienced Mechanical Project Manager within the Building Services or MEP sector.
• Organised, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• A confident communicator who builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive problem solver who takes ownership and gets things done.
• Comfortable supporting wider business objectives beyond your core role when required.
