🩺 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Children’s Complex Care

📍 North West & Midlands
💷 Up to £35 per hour
📅 Flexible agency shifts with potential block bookings
🏡 Children’s Complex Care – Home & Community Based

Elevated&Co is currently recruiting experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to support children and young people with complex care and mental health needs.

You will provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care within children’s homes and community settings, working closely with families and wider healthcare professionals.

What we’re looking for:

• Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
• Valid NMC PIN
• Enhanced DBS – Update Service preferred
• Right to Work in the UK
• Previous mental health nursing experience
• Experience working with children and young people desirable
• Previous complex care experience highly desirable
• Medication administration experience
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• Confident managing challenging situations and de-escalation
• Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
• Ability to work independently within a home/community setting

Relevant training may include:

• Adult & Paediatric Life Support
• Safeguarding Adults & Children
• Medication Management
• Moving & Handling
• Mental Capacity Act
• Mental Health Act
• Infection Prevention & Control
• PMVA/MAPA/BILD-accredited training where required
• Ligature Awareness
• Conflict Management & De-escalation
