Job description

Due to exceptional growth and expansion, T&K Associates are currently recruiting for MIG Welders to join our client on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Swadlincote.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team on a long-term basis, with plenty of overtime available.

If you have experience in MIG or tack welding, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. You will be working with steel bars, welding to specified requirements, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained within a fast-paced working environment.

MIG Welder Job Details;

• £15-£20 per hour dependant on experience
• Plenty of overtime opportunities available paid at premium rates
• Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm & Friday 7am-4pm
• Saturday overtime 6am-2pm
• Company pension scheme
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Temporary to Permanent
• Free parking

MIG Welder Person Specification;

• Previous MIG or tack welding experience
• The ability to work accurately and efficiently to specifications
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A reliable and hardworking approach
