Coded MIG Welder - Temporary / Agency

Montrose, Angus
Monday to Thursday, 4-day week
Weekly pay, PAYE or Ltd Co options available

KBM are currently recruiting for an experienced coded MIG Welder to join a busy engineering team in Montrose on a temporary/agency basis.

The successful candidate will be working on the fabrication of carbon steel frames, carrying out high quality welding to specification.

The Role

• MIG welding carbon steel frames
• Carrying out butt welds and fillet welds
• Working from engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing welds to a consistently high standard
• Working as part of an experienced fabrication team
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

About You

• Qualified and experienced MIG Welder
• Current/valid welding coding required
• Experience welding carbon steel
• Confident carrying out both butt and fillet welds
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
