Description

We have a vacancy for an experienced Mobile HGV Mechanic / Mobile HGV Technician to join a growing commercial vehicle maintenance team in Leicester, working from a fully equipped mobile workshop.

Mobile HGV Mechanic Shift Pattern

45 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times

Mobile HGV Mechanic Salary = £50,000 to £60,000 Depending on Experience + Overtime

The Mobile HGV Mechanic Role

• Service, maintain and repair HGVs and trailers at customer sites and at the roadside
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical and braking faults using modern diagnostic equipment
• Carry out trailer repairs, MOT preparation and roadside breakdown repairs
• Complete accurate service and repair records

Mobile HGV Mechanic Requirements

• Previous truck and trailer experience as an HGV Mechanic or HGV Technician
• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) preferred
• Full UK driving licence
