Level 3 Service Technician - £32,000 | Diagnostic Technician - £35,000 | Master Technician - £42,000 Basic / £51,000 OTE

The Role

We're looking for Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technicians to join a busy dealership in Loughborough, with opportunities available across Service, Diagnostic and Master Technician levels. You'll be carrying out servicing, repairs, diagnostics and general mechanical work, with responsibilities depending on your experience and technical ability.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for Level 3 qualified Technicians at different stages of their careers. If you're a Service Technician without an MOT licence, there's a role paying £32,000. Diagnostic Technicians can earn £35,000, while experienced Master Technicians can earn £42,000 basic with £51,000 OTE.

You'll need strong technical knowledge, a good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently as part of a busy workshop team. Previous dealership experience is preferred.

Hours

The working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, with Saturday mornings worked on a rota. This provides a consistent working pattern while still offering a good work-life balance.

There are multiple opportunities depending on your level and experience, with salaries ranging from £32,000 for Service Technicians through to £51,000 OTE for Master Technicians.
