Job Title; Moulding Operatives

Key Skills; Production, Manufacturing, Moulding

Salary; £13.72 per hour then £15.11 per hour on shifts

Perm Salary; £29,469.91 per annum (inc shift premium)

Shift Pattern; Days: 5.45am-1.45pm Mon-Fri. Afternoons: 1.45pm-10.15pm Mon-Thur and 1.45pm-7.15pm Fri. Shift rotates weekly.

Location; Shepshed, Leicestershire

Commutable from; Loughborough, Coalville, Mountsorrel, Barrow upon Soar, Syston, Leicester

Our client, a leading manufacturing company based in Shepshed are seeking Moulding Operatives to support in their established Production Department. There will be an initial training period then permanent roles will be offered.

The Moulding Operative Role;

• Work alongside experienced technicians setting up and operating moulding machinery
• Support the day-to-day moulding production activities in the manufacturing area
• Ensure site procedures are followed to help maintain quality and consistency
• Follow comprehensive training plans for setup, raw material preparation, and de-moulding techniques
• Cleaning and preparing equipment
• Learn to use basic precision measuring tools
• Adhering to company Health & Safety procedures

The Moulding Operative Candidate;

• • No previous moulding experience is required however experience in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
  • Practical mindset with a genuine eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Ability to use own initiative as well as work effectively in a team environment
• Punctual and reliable
