We're recruiting experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join a successful food manufacturing operation in Bradford.

Working a Panama shift pattern (2-2-3), nights 18:00-06:00, you'll become a key part of the engineering team, ensuring production equipment remains reliable, efficient, and operating to the highest standards.

This is a hands-on role for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, improving machinery performance, and working with a wide range of automated production equipment.

The Engineering Environment

You'll be working within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing site operating around the clock, supporting complex production machinery including:

• Conveyors
• Motors
• Pumps
• Packaging equipment
• Automated production systems

This is a varied engineering role where every shift brings new challenges and opportunities to use your technical skills.

About You

We're looking for an engineer with:

• NVQ Level 3, ONC, BTEC Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience
• Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production, or similar environments
• Strong fault-finding ability across industrial machinery
• A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and reliability improvement
• The confidence to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on attitude and strong work ethic
