Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Evesham Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off

A leading manufacturing business is seeking two Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join its high-performing engineering team at a major production facility in Evesham. Working as part of a large engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining a wide range of high-speed production and process equipment, ensuring maximum plant reliability and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planned preventative, condition-based and reactive maintenance
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repairs
• Fault finding on Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC systems
• Working from electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings
• Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
• Identifying and implementing process and asset improvements
• Maintaining production, plant and site facilities equipment
• Ensuring machinery downtime is minimised and production targets are supported

The site operates a variety of automated processing and packaging equipment including fillers, packaging machinery, homogenisers, pasteurisers, flow meters, instrumentation and process control systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering (minimum requirement)
• Completed Engineering Apprenticeship preferred
• Electrical bias with strong fault-finding abilities
• Mechanical maintenance experience
• Background working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Experience maintaining automated production equipment
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Experience within , FMCG, Packaging, Pharmaceutical, Chemical or other high-volume manufacturing environments would be highly advantageous.

• £48,000 - £52,000 Salary
