Patcher / Multi-Trade Operative – Coventry

Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Patcher / Multi-Trade Operative to work on a residential refurbishment project in Coventry, on behalf of one of the UK's leading drylining and interior refurbishment contractors.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and highly skilled individual who can work efficiently, maintain excellent standards and complete work to tight deadlines.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out patching, plastering and general making-good works inside residential properties.

• Repairing walls, ceilings and damaged surfaces.

• Completing snagging and finishing works to a high standard.

• Undertaking general multi-trade tasks where required.

• Working quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality.

• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in patching, plastering or multi-trade refurbishment work.

• Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.

• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work at a fast pace.

• Valid CSCS card preferred.

• Own tools and PPE.

• Available to start ASAP.
