Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Colmore Education is currently recruiting for a passionate, caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive nursery setting.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their development, learning and wellbeing during the important early years.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5.
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Build warm, positive and trusting relationships with children.
• Encourage children's communication, language, physical and social development.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and independence.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress and development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Follow nursery policies, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified in Childcare or Early Years.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic.
• Passionate about supporting young children's learning and development.
• Knowledgeable about the EYFS and early years best practice.
• Confident planning and delivering engaging activities.
• Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Reliable, organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
