Empowering Learning is currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Nursery Practitioners and Nursery Assistants to work within a range of nursery settings across Leicester.

We are looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting children's early development and creating engaging, nurturing learning environments.

As a Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Assistant, you will:

• Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
• Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development.
• Work closely with nursery staff, parents, and carers.
• Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
• Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is advantageous but not essential for some positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, caring, and proactive approach.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework is beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
