Aspire People are currently recruiting for passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join fantastic early years settings across Leicester, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
We are looking for enthusiastic practitioners who are committed to providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can learn, develop and thrive.
The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
Provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-5.
Support engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Promote children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment.
Support children's emotional, social and educational development.
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
A minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years / Childcare / EYFS is essential.
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
Immediate / ASAP availability is desirable.
