Nursery Room Leader – Baby Room or Toddler Room

£28,500 – £32,000 per annum (FTE depending on experience)

Full-Time – 40 Hours (5 Days) or 32 Hours (4 Days) Per Week

Acer Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for two fantastic Room Leader opportunities within a beautiful, brand-new nursery.

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Nursery Room Leaders to lead either the Baby Room or Toddler Room. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a fresh, welcoming nursery environment where you can really make your mark and help create something special from the very beginning.

Our client is looking for confident, caring and motivated individuals who genuinely love working with children and are excited about leading their own room.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.

• Previous experience as a Room Leader or a strong L3 practitioner ready to take the next step.

• A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare.

• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• The ability to inspire, motivate and support a small team.

• A warm, nurturing and positive approach to working with children and families.
