About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our Bellshill office. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting operations, maintaining a professional environment, and contributing to a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities, supplies, and workspace standardsÂ
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, visitors, cleaning staff, and contractors
- Support senior leadership with travel arrangements and meeting coordination, including board-level eventsÂ
- Coordinate office communications and team events to enhance employee engagement
- Provide financial administration support: raising purchase orders, handling invoices, and liaising with finance teams
- Maintain property and asset management systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date recordsÂ
- Manage queries via inbox and phone lines, ensuring prompt resolutionÂ
- Oversee landlord payments and verify financial details for new or updated sitesÂ
- Support health & safety compliance and manage defect reporting processes
- Control document and file management systems (digital and physical)Â
About You
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or similar rolesÂ
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsÂ
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelÂ
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Desirable Experience
- Background in telecoms, property, or asset management sectorsÂ
- Familiarity with property/asset systems or project finance toolsÂ
- Relevant qualifications (A-Level or equivalent)Â
