Are you an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator with experience managing multiple tasks, projects or client requirements from initial enquiry through to delivery?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a growing business based in South Leicestershire. You will play a key role in coordinating projects across the construction sector, managing the process from the initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator or someone with previous operations or project support experience who is confident managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and keeping projects on track.

Sector experience would be beneficial, but is not essential. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong transferable skills across relationship building, account management, communication, organisation and time management.

• Salary up to £40,000 per year depending on experience
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

• Previous experience in a project coordination, operations support, account management or similar role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams
• Ability to remain calm and organised when working under pressure
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

• Previous experience within the construction sector
• Experience coordinating projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Previous experience within an operations, project support or account management environment
• Experience working with multiple clients, projects or stakeholders simultaneously

• Coordinate projects from the initial customer enquiry through to final delivery
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
• Act as a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers and internal teams
• Coordinate information and requirements between customers, suppliers, contractors and internal departments
• Monitor project progress and ensure all relevant actions are followed up within agreed timescales
• Manage day-to-day operational requirements and provide effective support across ongoing projects
• Communicate clearly and proactively with all relevant stakeholders
• Identify potential issues or delays and take appropriate action to keep projects moving
• Prioritise workload effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, within agreed deadlines and to customer expectations

As Operations Coordinator, you will also be expected to:
