Operations Manager (Engineering)
£50,000 - £60,000 + 33 Days Holiday + Flexible Hours + 5% Pension

Are you an Operations/Service Manager from an Engineering background, looking to take the reins and have full autonomy to lead and a grow a team of Engineers, where you will be recognised as the go-to person within the division?

Are you looking to play a major part in the growth of a highly reputable company, helping them expand internationally in a truly diverse and unique role?

In this brand-new role you will be managing a small team of Engineers across the UK, planning their jobs, handling issues, and monitoring service KPIs. You will have a leading say in budgeting, training, and resource allocation, essentially running your own department in a dynamic and forward-thinking company.

Founded 15 years ago, this company have grown exponentially over recent years and are looking to grow globally this year. They repair, service and maintain a range of equipment across the UK and overseas within Rail, Healthcare, Schools, and Data Centres for example.

This role would suit an Operations or Service Manager from any engineering background looking to play a large part in the future success of a recognised company, with lots of scope to truly mould the role into their own.

The Role:

• Managing a team of Engineers across the UK and giving technical advice
• Scheduling, training, budgeting, and monitoring service KPIs
• Handling projects and growing the team through developing business
• Primarily office based with some travel to sites when needed

The Person:

• Operations / Service Manager or similar
• Engineering background
