Operations Manager - £45 to £55k

Leicestershire | Competitive Salary | Monday–Friday

A leading manufacturer and distributor is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop its production and warehouse operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, managing and developing direct reports, driving accountability and performance.
• Ensuring production planning is effective and optimised to meet customer requirements.
• Monitoring production and warehouse performance against KPIs.
• Driving continuous improvement, efficiency and quality across operations.
• Supporting cost control and effective resource management.
• Providing accurate management reporting and operational insight.
• Promoting lean manufacturing and robust quality control processes.

About You

You will have proven experience in an operational, production or manufacturing management role, with knowledge of:

• Production Planning
• Lean Manufacturing
• Quality Control
• Cost Control
• Management Reporting
• Team leadership and performance management
