Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a PA – Commercial, Technology & IP based in Leicester for one of our clients on a Part time permanent basis. 

Summary of the PA – Commercial, Technology & IP role 

Salary: Competitive 
Location: Leicester 
Type of Contract: Permanent  
Hours: Part time 3 days per week  

Responsibilities of the PA – Commercial, Technology & IP

• Type, compile and produce reports, presentations and correspondence
• Produce documents
• Diary and inbox management, including setting up events and meetings
• Support billing processes
• Collate and file expenses and mileage claims
• Support file management
• Technical administrative tasks
• Act as a point of contact for clients and help maintain strong client relationships
• Printing, scanning, posting and other administrative support

•  Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritise deadlines
• Strong document production and proofreading skills
• Strong IT skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident in handling confidential information
• Good problem solving skills
