Responsibilities

• Operate within a fast-paced paint plant, ensuring the moving production line functions efficiently.
• Perform essential tasks including jigging, loading, masking, and unloading components according to rigorous process instructions.
• Utilize digital systems to manage production requirements and verify component quality.
• Safely operate industrial cranes following detailed training.
• Adhere strictly to standard work manuals and cycle time requirements to maintain high output standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and proactive attention to detail.
  
  

Working Hours and salary

Nights 17.57 - £18.52

Monday: 21:15-06:30

Tuesday - Thursday: 22:00-06:30

Friday - 17:30 - 22:30

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interpret, understand, and implement standard work guides.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and effective professional communication.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is highly valued.
