PANEL BEATER / PANEL TECHNICIAN

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000+ Basic Salary DOE | OTE £45,000+
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll carry out vehicle body repairs, restoring damaged vehicles to the required structural and cosmetic standards.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Assessing vehicle damage and identifying the repairs required.
·Repairing and replacing damaged body panels and vehicle components.
·Using appropriate tools and equipment to reshape, align and repair panels.
·Carrying out structural and non-structural body repairs in line with repair procedures.
·Ensuring panel gaps, alignment and fit meet the required standards.
·Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
·Following health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

ABOUT YOU
·Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with an ongoing commitment to continuous professional development.
·Previous experience working as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
·Confident repairing damaged panels and replacing body components.
·Able to use body repair tools and equipment safely and effectively.
·Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality repairs.
·Able to manage workload efficiently while maintaining repair standards.
·Reliable, motivated and comfortable working as part of a team.
