Job Title: Credit Controller

Type: Part-Time – 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Chasing outstanding payments
• Managing and maintaining customer accounts
• Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
• Resolving invoice and payment queries
• Monitoring overdue accounts and credit limits
• Producing aged debt reports
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently

Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience in retail credit control.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
