Job description
We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive company in Exeter for the position of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent Parts Advisor opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to build a long-term career within a well-established organisation. The role of Parts Advisor suits those who have a solid understanding of automotive parts and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.Benefits:
- Competitive salary of up to £31,000, with potential earnings of £33,000 including commission as a Parts Advisor

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8AM – 5PM, with some flexibility
- One Saturday morning per month

- Providing expert parts advice to customers and colleagues
- Managing parts stock levels and processing orders efficiently
- Supporting the sales team with accurate parts information
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Handling parts enquiries via phone and in person
- Supporting the overall efficiency of the parts department
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Driving licence is not essential
- Flexibility to work one Saturday morning per month
