Pipe Welder / Pipe Fitter

Location: Loughborough
Site: Chemical plant

Role

The work will involve pipework, fitting and welding on the Loughborough site.

The pipework will include:

• Stainless steel pipe

• MAPress

• Mild steel pipe

• Carbon steel

• TIG welding

• Pipe fitting and welding

Requirements

Candidates must be pipe welders, rather than general welders.

Candidates with strong stainless steel experience and good TIG welding experience are suitable, but they must also have pipe welding experience.

The work needs to be completed to a high standard because it is being carried out on a chemical plant and everything will be tested.
